One of the things we at MSNA Inc are really good at is strong formal and informal networking. We provide peer support and mentorship opportunities for nurses working in our Neuroscience specialty.
We keep you up-to-date
If you want to improve your knowledge there is nothing more important than staying up-to-date on contemporary issues impacting people with MS.
We help our members to enhance their capacity to advocate and support people with MS and work effectively within that person’s health care team.
We provide webinars and education for members to assist with professional development.
Conferences
MSNA Inc hold an annual conference in different states/territories of Australia and New Zealand to showcase Australasian MS nurse research and practice developments inclusive and representative of our membership base. We encourage members to create posters, presentations and other publications to share their knowledge with the member base.
Grants
We have financial grants for MSNA Inc members to:
- encourage further development of the MS nurse skill set
- nurse led research
- support career development
- advance MS nursing practice in Australasia.
